Xu Baosheng is an Associate Professor at Institute of Advanced Structure Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology. He received his PhD degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2016. He conducted his postdoctoral research at School of Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University From 2016 to 2018. 


He is mainly engaged in the research of new thermal protection materials and structures in high and low temperature environment, including the design, preparation and performance evaluation of new aerogels, special coatings, new non-rigid thermal insulation materials and structures, new low temperature resistant resin and its composite materials.
