Gao Ruxin is an Associate Professor in Engineering Mechanics, at Institute of Advanced Structure Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology.

Dr. Gao Ruxin Gao received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2013 and Dalian University of Technology in 2019, respectively. Following his graduation, he commenced his postdoctoral research at Beijing Institute of Technology, where he was appointed as an associate professor in 2022.


Gao Ruxin has a special interest in Computational Structural Mechanics, Topology Optimization, Acoustics, Vibro-acoustics. He is interested in exploring new computational methods to computational mechanics that relies on integrative knowledge & modelling for dynamic simulation across multiple complex disciplines.
